S4E Offers — FAQ
Q1: Who can use these offers?
A: The offers are available to UK-based schools, educational trusts, youth clubs, and community groups only. They are not vali d for private parties, individual family bookings, or events (unless explicitly stated).
Q2: Which programmes are eligible?
A: Offers apply to standard S4E programmes: WonderDome (WD), Animal Club (AC), and Science Squad (SS), except where an offer states otherwise.
Q3: Can I combine more than one discount?
A: Generally, only one discount offer can be applied per booking. The Price Freeze is the exception — it may be used in conjunction with one other discount.
Q4: How does the Price Freeze offer work?
A:
- Book within 28 days of your visit and lock in the current academic year’s prices for your next booking in the following academic year.
- Applies across WonderDome, Animal Club, and Science Squad.
- Can be combined with one other discount.
- New bookings must be confirmed within 14 calendar days of your visit.
Q5: What is the Science Bundle offer?
A:
- Book any combination of WonderDome, Animal Club, or Science Squad in the same academic year to receive 5% off your total.
- Bookings can be made together or separately (if within the same academic year).
- Cannot be combined with other discounts.
- If one booking is cancelled or rescheduled into another year, the discount is forfeited.
Q6: What is the Trust / Group Discount?
A:
- When two or more schools or groups from the same Trust, academy, or organisation book in the same academic year, each gets 10% off.
- Bookings must be confirmed within the same academic year.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts.
- If fewer than two organisations complete bookings, the discount is void.
Q7: What is the Share & Save offer?
A:
- Recommend S4E to another school or group and they receive 5% off their first booking.
- Once they’ve booked, you receive 5% off your next booking (valid for 12 months).
- Applies only to new customers (no booking with S4E in the past 24 months).
Only one referring organisation may claim per new customer. - Cannot be combined with other discounts.
Q8: What if I cancel or change my booking?
A:
- Cancelling or significantly amending a booking may void the discount.
- In bundles or group deals, if one booking is cancelled, the others may lose their eligibility.
- Refunds are calculated on the adjusted final cost, not the original discounted amount.
Q9: Can I apply a discount after booking?
A: No. Discounts must be selected at the time of enquiry. They cannot be added once the booking is confirmed.
Q10: Are there limits or checks to avoid misuse?
A:
- S4E may request verification of eligibility (e.g. Trust affiliation, referral legitimacy).
- Referral claims can be audited, and discounts revoked if fraudulent or duplicate.
- Participation may be restricted if there is evidence of repeated or strategic misuse.
Q11: How do I book with an offer?
A: Simply complete the enquiry form for WonderDome (wonderdome.co.uk) or Animal Club (animal-club.co.uk) and select the relevant offer from the list of options. If eligible, our team will confirm the discount in your booking confirmation. If you’re not sure which offer applies, our office team will be happy to guide you. If you’re booking more than one experience, just complete one enquiry form and add detail in the comment box you want both.
