The S4E Awards recognise the schools and teachers who go above and beyond to inspire curiosity, imagination and ambition through STEAM education.
We’re looking for schools that bring science to life. Those who turn the curriculum from words on a page into moments of wonder, discovery and possibility.
If your school inspires pupils to explore, experiment and dream big, we want to celebrate you.

If you have already entered 2026 Wonder Awards or Animal Club Awards, your entry will be transferred to these awards
AWARDS SCHOOLS CAN WIN
There are four S4E Stars Awards given every year, focused on different areas of learning,
as well as a Champion Award.
S4E STEAM Champion of the year
Our top award recognising a school that demonstrates an outstanding commitment to inspiring STEAM learning.
Prize
The winner recevies:
- Three S4E school visits (one of each S4E experience)
- Recognition as the S4E STEAM Champion School
- Certificate to display in school
Category Awards: S4E Sparks
Inspiration Award
For a school or teacher who goes above and beyond to motivate pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
Curiosity Award
For a school that encourages pupils to ask questions, explore ideas and look beyond the textbook.
Hands-on Award
For a school that embraces learning through experiences, experiments and practical discovery.
Prizes
There will be one winner within each category and they each recevie:
- One S4E school visit of their choice
- Certificate to display in school
Who should enter?
Your school should enter if you:
- create exciting STEAM learning opportunities
- encourage curiosity and exploration
- inspire pupils to imagine their future in science or innovation
- go beyond the basics of the curriculum to create memorable learning moments
Whether you run science weeks, invite guest speakers, organise experiments or simply bring incredible enthusiasm to the classroom, we want to hear about it!

While it isn’t a deciding factor, the more nominations and entries your school receives from teachers, parents and the wider community, the greater the opportunity for your school’s impact and achievements to stand out.
