We started Service4Education because we experienced first-hand the powerful impact of hands-on learning. As educators across school and post-school settings, we were frustrated by the lack of inspiring, effective and budget-friendly experiences available to enrich our pupils’ education. We knew that if we could offer a suite of immersive, curriculum-enhancing opportunities, we could elevate both learning and motivation. We ensure every experience adheres to our S4E values – sparking curiosity and inspiring young minds for years to come.

I grew up above the Arctic Circle, where snow, stars, and science first sparked my curiosity.
That early fascination with learning led me to become a secondary school teacher for over 10 years. Along the way, I developed a strong belief in the value of hands-on, inspiring learning experiences, and later co-founded Service4Education, staying closely involved in our mission to deliver high-quality, enriching workshops that inspire children to explore, question, and fall in love with learning.
After completing my PhD in 2021, I now work as a researcher and lecturer in sustainability and education, continuing to champion creative, inspiring experiences that help young people explore the world with wonder.
As a child, I was captivated by science and thrived in enrichment activities—experiences that sparked a lifelong passion for learning. That early excitement has stayed with me throughout my 25-year career in education, where I’ve worked as a teacher, Headteacher, and international educator across Asia, Russia, and Europe.
While leading schools in the UK, I saw a real need for high-quality, curriculum-linked science workshops that were also affordable. That insight led me to co-found Service4Education.
With a Master’s in Autism and extensive experience in special education, I’m committed to making science accessible and engaging for all learners. As a parent of three, I also draw inspiration from my own children—their curiosity has helped shape the exciting workshops we offer today.
